Birth of a Quasar From M77?

I am probably reading too much into separate stories but:
Is there a quasar near M77 and did it come from M77?

Halton Arp had observed quasars were often associated with active Seyfert galaxies, almost as if the Seyfert were the parent of one or more quasars.

Abell 370 galaxy cluster was claimed to gravitationally lens a distant extreme red shift object near M77 which is an active Seyfert.
This scenario involves HCM-6A:
'
HCM-6A is an LAE galaxy that was found in 2002 by a team led by Esther Hu from the University of Hawaii, using the Keck II Telescope in Hawaii. HCM-6A is located behind the Abell 370 galactic cluster, near M77  in the constellation Cetus, which enabled the astronomers to use Abell 370 as a gravitational lens to get a clearer image of the object.

HCM-6A was the farthest object known at the time of its discovery.
'

M77:
'
M77 is an active galaxy with an Active Galactic Nucleus (AGN) and is the brightest Seyfert galaxy. According to Stoyan et al. (2010).
'

HCM-6A position:
RA 02h 39m 54.7s
Declination -01° 33' 32"
Redshift6.56

M77 position:
RA02h 42m 40.771s
Declination -00° 00' 47.84"

Apparent size (V)7'.1 × 6'.0

I suspect Abell 370 comes up in this scenario because the cluster has what looks like bright filament arcs. Astronomers don't like luminous arcs so they are illusions caused by gravitational lensing.

This discovery of an extreme red shift object in the same area as those arcs apparently suggested another use for the supposed lens in the area.
Abell 370 position, but probably just a point in the cluster:
RA  02h 39m 50.5s
Declination-01° 35' 08"

The separation between M77 and HCM-6A is about 3 minutes in right ascension and about 2 degrees in declination. They are not adjacent.
I honestly do not know if the two objects are close enough for a definite conclusion.

May 24 insertion: 1 degree at 47Mly is 820Kly. I believe this is not near enough to consider them close.

I don't believe this gravitational lensing claim.

I suspect this is just a coincidence but it seems possible...
Perhaps others will find this interesting.
