Culture and Religion

Observations about society, including culture and religion, and about life. With our inherent social nature, group behaviors are important, such as divide and conquer, absolute power, or conformance, in the critical issues of our day. A team with diverse skills can accomplish what an individual cannot. Our problems are solved when we work together.

Links to articles about tyranny

I often check the internet for the latest news and general information. A number of web sites warrant a daily visit, like antiwar.com and counterpunch.org. Both of these sites also offer archives of previous commentaries by their contributors.

The following are several notable sites that address the ominous changes in our government. These sites are listed in each group chronologically, not by any priority. Each author provides his/her own perspective and each article offers that insight. Which insight might seem more important to me is very subjective. Perhaps these articles will be of interest to the reader.

The articles relevant to tyranny are grouped:

civil rights

secrecy

impeachment

lies about WMD

Padilla case

political parties

other articles

Bush 43

Articles about the Plame case and other lies involving Iraq are in the Iraq and foreign policy links.
